Steven M. Taber, the Owner and Founder of Taber Law Group, is a former FAA attorney, experienced in handling all matters involving the requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and FAA enforcement actions. This has entailed being involved with a wide variety of laws and regulations affecting the airlines, such as the Anti-Head Tax Act, the Airline Deregulation Act and Passenger Facility Charges, as well as advising clients in environmental law matters arising under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Clean Air Act, Airport Noise and Capacity Act (ANCA), Aviation Safety and Noise Abatement Act, Historic Preservation Act, Endangered Species Act and Section 4(f) of the Department of Transportation Act, and the California Environmental Quality Act. In addition, he has taught several environmental policy courses at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
