D.C. Circuit Schedules Oral Argument in SoCal Metroplex Matter

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit scheduled oral argument for the Southern California Metroplex case (Donald Vaughn v. FAA, No. 16-1377 and consolidated cases) for October 18, 2018, at 9:30a at the E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse, 333 Constitution Ave NW, Washington, D.C. 20001.
